KC Sanjay, Founder and President of KC CRE Advisors, brings over 20 years of real estate market research experience. Before forming his own company, he lead Axiometrics, a RealPage Company's on-site economists and analysts in using in depth apartment market and student housing research to solve real-world challenges. A detail-oriented quantitative economist who thinks outside the box and brings both quantitative and qualitative experience in real estate market research. Before joining Axiometrics, KC was a research analyst for Invesco Ltd., where he was involved with commercial real estate market research to assist in that company’s acquisition and disposition strategies. He also served as senior economic and real estate analyst with Guaranty Bank/BBVA Compass.
His forecasts and analysis are used by all industry leaders, be it REIT or private investors. Other notable projects include market selection, feasibility studies and portfolio analysis to name a few.
K.C. is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington— College of Business Administration, where he received his master’s degree in economics with concentration in Econometrics.
